A thoroughly charming small town which is home to a large troupe of mischievous monkeys, it was a pleasure to weave in and out of the streets of the old town, exchange a few smiles or words with the sweet locals, and get to know the expat community, which happened to gather regularly at the restaurant attached to my accommodation, the Noom Guesthouse.
